Some schools like to to present teachers’ unread voicemail count in the Staff Room via a LCD display/TV screen. Each member of staff can have a tile with their name and unread voicemail count displayed, independent of their account type - virtual or standard. This allows everyone to get an immediate understanding of any new voicemail messages when they enter the staffroom and act accordingly. As the messages are read the count will update automatically. Should this information be required, but not be seen by everyone, nominated staff can view the wallboard via their PC browser and act accordingly, notifying those with a high unread voicemail count to take appropriate action.
